Stir Fried Broccoli with Garlic

Simple and healthy dish. To cook, just follow the simple 4 cooking steps for fried vegetables. First, heat the oil. Second, add in garlic and fry them. Third, add in broccoli (chopped) and fry together. Lastly, add in salt/light soya sauce and fry again. Cover it if necessary to steam cook it. Before serving, add in chinese cooking wine and fry another 10 seconds.
