Ingredients:
1. Tiger prawn
2. Kechup, or Tomato sauce
3. Garlic finely grated
4. Chilli, sliced
5. Lemon
6. Salt and Sugar
Instructions:
1. Heat the pan with oil
2. Add in garlic, red chilli
3. Until garlic is almost brown, add in kechup
4. Add in 1-2 tsp of water, also add in salt. Mix everything and taste it. If it's too sour, add in sugar.
5. When the sauce mixture is boiling, add in prawns. Cook them lightly until prawns are cooked, then serve hot.
Note: Prawns must be cleaned.
